Appointment Cancellation Policy

 Due to frequency of short notice cancellations/missed appointments we will be requiring credit card information to book appointments moving forward.  We respectfully request a 48-hour notice to make any changes regarding your appointment.  Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).  Any appointments that are “no show” will also be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s).  Any appointment that is rescheduled after the 48-hour window is subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s).  We understand that special circumstances may arise and cancelling or rescheduling may be necessary.
