Licensed Massage Therapist

Janet has been with Luxe since January of 2015 and received her professional massage therapy training at Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. She also has over a decade of experience in other hands on healing modalities.  Her approach to massage is a melding of mind-body techniques melded with a treatment-based, therapeutic approach to release pain and holding patterns within the body.  At any age, the stresses of life become embedded in our tissues; massage therapy is a highly effective path to restoration and well being. Her massage approach continues to evolve as she advances her education to encompass techniques to balance the body so that it moves and functions optimally, reduce stress and tension, release tight muscles, address structural and postural imbalances, release trigger points (knots), treat chronic headaches and migraines, and most recently, to address the complex conditions related to nerve pain.

Janet offers Migraine Healing Therapy at Luxe Spa in addition to Holistic Relax (Swedish Massage), Pregnancy Massage and Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage; a customized, treatment-based therapy tailored to each client's individual needs.

Luxe is a perfect fit for Janet. She enjoys the beautiful atmosphere just as much as her clients do!  She is passionate about bringing the benefits of massage therapy to people and learning new healing treatments. Luxe offers her the perfect setting to assist others in their own personal path to healing and transformation.
