Arrive on Time

To ensure the highest level of spa experience, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your service. Arriving late will limit your treatment time. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will conclude at the scheduled time. 

Cancellation Policy/No Shows

Luxe Spa requires 24 HOURS NOTICE of cancellations and rescheduling of all appointments. Failure to give adequate time for notice will result in full charge of session. Please keep in mind that there are other customers in need of services and therapy. Respectfully understand that when you do not give adequate time for cancellations, the therapist loses income, the business loses revenue, and other clients in need are unable to receive treatment; all of which may result in inability to operate.

Spa Courtesy

Our Luxe Spa Sanctuary is a peaceful place for guests receiving spa services. Kindly respect other Spa guests and refrain from using cell phones, tablets, etc.

Complimentary use of our robes, slippers and lockers are provided for our Luxe Spa guests.

We offer lockers for our guests, however we are unable to take responsibility for any lost valuables or for items left at the Salon or Spa. Spa treatments are for guests 18 years of age or older.

We require a major credit card and telephone number to confirm your appointment. Reservations are subject to availability.

Special Requests and Well-Being

Based on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your special requests. Please inform our staff of any medical concerns or special needs when making spa/salon reservations prior to your arrival date. Always indicate any allergies, medications, health concerns, pregnancy or any disabilities with your treatment provider. You will be advised of treatment options and any contraindications. We do not allow alcohol consumption prior to spa services.

Gift cards are an ideal year-round gift for any occasion. Gift cards can be purchased on-line or at our Front Desk. Online Gift Cards.

Luxe accepts service tips in Cash, Venmo and Tippy (credit card). ATM is also available. THANK YOU!

COVID-19 LATEST Information

Dear Clients,
We are so happy that the state has deemed the personal care industry safe during this unsure time, allowing Luxe Salon, Spa and Laser Center to remain open. We recognize that this is a stressful time for everyone and appreciate your continued loyalty and understanding. Our goal at Luxe is to serve our clients in the safest way possible. In order to ensure safety, our employees are tested every other week and fill out a COVID-19 screening form at the start of each shift. We are also sanitizing all areas of the building frequently throughout the day. All clients have their temperature taken and wash their hands upon entering the building. We also require that all clients wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose.

We take client and employee health and safety very seriously and kindly ask that you reschedule if you do not feel well. It is our promise to continue our commitment to our valued customers through social distancing, proper mask wearing, hand washing and disinfecting on a regular basis.
